Forma Elementa is a multidisciplinary design agency combining the aesthetic traditions of classic modernism, structural and organic architecture, and Swiss minimalism. The Playful Design Agency
Forma Elementa will appeal to a diverse clientele, from businesses looking for functional yet memorable branding and print work to homeowners or commercial clients in need of bespoke architectural and interior solutions. The ideal client values craftsmanship, understands the importance of design heritage, and seeks spaces and products that inspire as well as serve practical purposes.
I approach the typefaces I would use first and found the Swedish sans-typeface Neue haas grotesk A (by Max Miedinger) would be the best approach to characterising the heritage, authenticity and forward-thinking approach woven within the studios body of work. To maintain a balanced minimal I filled the layout with plenty of whitespace to emulate an exhibition like feeling when scrolling and on different mediums fill in the space with a visible grid layout.
Faint echos of European 1970’s modernist architecture
Overall my goal was to design a site that would fit right into the European 70’s era of design whilst maintaining a connection to modern form.
